3. Medical Disclaimer
Our hearing evaluations are intended for amplification and informational purposes only and do not replace a medical diagnosis. If you experience pain, sudden hearing loss, or other medical concerns, consult a licensed physician promptly.
4. Orders and Payments
- Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change.
- Payment is due at the time of service unless financing arrangements are approved.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.
5. Oregon Hearing Aid Trial Period & Returns
In accordance with Oregon law:
- You are entitled to a minimum 30-day trial period for hearing aids.
- You may return the hearing aid within this period for a refund.
- A reasonable nonrefundable fee (as allowed by Oregon law) may be retained for services such as fitting and dispensing.
- The trial period and refund terms will be clearly disclosed in your purchase agreement at the time of sale.
Custom or special-order devices may have additional terms disclosed prior to purchase.
6. Warranty
- Hearing aids are covered by manufacturer warranties.
- Warranty terms vary by device and will be provided at purchase.
- Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or unauthorized repairs.
7. Loss and Damage Policy
- Lost or damaged devices may be eligible for replacement under manufacturer loss/damage coverage (if applicable).
- Replacement fees and deductibles may apply.
8. Appointments and Cancellations
- Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
- Missed appointments may incur a fee.
9. Insurance and Financing Disclaimer
- We may assist with insurance billing; however, coverage is not guaranteed.
- You are responsible for any costs not covered by insurance.
- Financing options, if offered, are subject to third-party approval and terms.
